At Waterford Aquatics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your aquatic fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and tags remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
